A pretty crazy week. (Crazy enough to document)

TRAYC!!!! came into town for a metal show at the Social. The Social's photobooth is broken, so the light was so bright and washed out our faces :( .....but we hit up backbooth and of course their photobooth delivered goodness :)

My sister's birthday was this week, and I traveled to Tampa to take her out to dinner. We went to Applebees since it was like really late at night when I got there and we pigged out on appetizers (because they are 50% off after 10pm!!!). HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONAAAAA!

Sometimes I am a nice, courteous driver and let people in, sometimes I don't let people in, but once I saw that this AMIGO was trying to get in, I was like, SURE AMIGO, GET IN!! I remember that commercial when that car came out "everyone wants an amigooo an amigooo" and it had a huge dance sequence. Oh man...I hope I'm not the only one who remembers (and loves) that.

Another day in this crazy week, I was an extra in Amanda Bynes' new movie! Everything was sooo official and sooo cool and sooo much fun and we sooo got paid. (I was originally just doing it because she was in town shooting a movie and they needed extras and HEY WHY NOT!!! and then I found out we get paid...and of course I was even more stoked)

I wore those shoes for 12 hours, and they have little to no support = No bueno Steve Madden...Anyhoo there was a lot of down time between takes, so we (the extras) did a lot of sitting. By the way, the scenes I was apart of all had to do with "Greek Week" because her new movie Sydney White is all about pledging a sorority and blah blah. I walked behind her in a bunch of shots. I can't wait to see myself walking behind her....ON THE BIG SCREEEEEEEEEEN!

The night scenes were pretty cool. The way they lit up the streets with those gigantic balloon lights were awesome. They also wet down the street (in the right picture) which was weird..but I guess it's a cool movie look...who knows.

This girl Beth I knew from high school who lives in Orlando too, was at the shoot. And we were standing together in one of the scenes where everyone is running, being excited about Rush Week. Beth and I were told to stand at this like post with flyers and were supposed to act excited and it was a great time.

One time after work I went with some co-workers to ride the MEN IN BLACK RIDE (which is my favorite and I am getting pretty awesome at it). I know where the camera is so I posed like I always do. On my way to Men in Black, I saw this little boy with the sickest rattail. It was BRAIDED and SO BEAUTIFUL and hilarious.

My co-worker Anthony and I were supposed to go to Jacksonville for the Taste of Chaos, but apparently all the singers got sick and the Jacksonville date got cancelled. It was a pretty crazy stir of events. So since our whole day was pretty much open up, we enjoyed Central Florida. His dad used to be in the air force, so he showed me Patrick Air Force Base and it was pretty awesome. We went to the Bx store and this flat screen was gigantore.

We got some Dunkin Donuts drinks from the Bx and went over to the beach which is right next to the air force base. It was pretty empty because most people think that it's a private beach / closed off because of the air force....but it's not. It's a public beach.

I, in fact, was there.

I'm so used to the South Florida beaches and seeing such a huge gap between land, sand and ocean here was totally awesome!

FIN.
